Job summary

Workhorse Group is seeking a Warranty Analyst in Wixom, MI to track field service requests, classify incidents, and document costs, downtime, and labor to support timely warranty payments. You will work with dealers and service providers to ensure accurate records across Workhorse brands and provide insights to leadership.

You will create and update field records, develop new labor operation codes, and generate regular reports using QAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Background: 10+ years in automotive or commercial vehicle warranty, manufacturing or dealership.
• Statistical/data science or math background is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Track field service requests and classify incidents with costs, downtime, and labor.
• Maintain field records with root-cause details and updated costs.
• Create new labor operation codes for bulletins, campaigns, and parts.
• Collaborate with technicians and service leaders to ensure record accuracy.
• Verify warranty submissions and Workhorse RO numbers for accuracy.
