Job summary

Harbinger Motors seeks a Service Trainer to design, develop, and deliver hands-on training for service technicians across our dealer network. Travel to dealer locations and training centers will be required to ensure technicians maintain Harbinger vehicles to the highest safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teaching, mentoring, and creating training materials, including labs, manuals, and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician, Automotive Trainer, or in a related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-day instructor-led EV training sessions across dealer locations.
• Develop and update training modules for new Harbinger vehicle launches.
• Create training aids, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Mentor service technicians and act as a technical resource.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Service teams to update materials.
• Administer practical and written exams; track certifications in LMS.
• Ensure high-voltage safety and compliance in all training.
• Travel domestically up to 50%; passport required.
