Job summary

ENC - ElDorado National California Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Service to build and lead an end-to-end service, warranty, and charging ecosystem from the ground up for the West Coast region, with travel to support customers and partners nationwide.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will create infrastructure, partner networks, and teams for a growing fleet of electric and hybrid vehicles. The role requires a strong background in service operations for commercial vehicles, strategic

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in service, aftersales, or technical operations in commercial vehicles/ OEMs.
Experience building service networks and warranty programs.
Strong leadership and budget management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design West Coast service network including dealer centers, mobile service, and hubs.
Define service standards, certifications, tooling, and parts forecasting.
Develop warranty policy, claims workflows, and cost controls.
Oversee charging infrastructure strategy and remote diagnostics initiatives.
Lead customer support, CSI/NPS programs, and continuous improvement.
