Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge across modern vehicle systems, including high‑voltage, electrical, mechanical, and infotainment domains.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization in a service or production setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-performance technician team.
• Own daily shop production rhythm from intake to quality check.
• Prioritize workload and coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and other support teams.
• Champion safety and a world-class workshop environment.
• Serve as escalation point for technical or logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate tech work order notes and advocate for the customer.
