Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Production Supervisor in Colorado to captain the service center's daily operations, directing vehicle flow from intake to final check. You will mentor technicians, drive performance, and ensure parts, tools, and information are available to keep the line moving with high quality.

You will own the shop rhythm, prioritize workload by skill and capacity, collaborate with Parts and Service Advisors, uphold safety, and strive for a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, and infotainment domains.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization in a service or production setting.
• Proficient with digital tools, including dealership management systems (DMS) and repair order tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• On-site cross-team collaboration (DMO/VO/Sales).

• Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to eliminate bottlenecks.
