Rivian is seeking a Service Production Supervisor in New Jersey to lead daily service center operations, directing vehicle flow, coaching technicians, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience. You will champion a culture of excellence, drive performance, and coordinate cross-team collaboration to keep owners adventuring.

You will oversee the RIV EXCEL process, maintain safety and organization, and act as a primary advocate for your team's needs while continuously improving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume automotive service environments.
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, including high-voltage and electrical domains.
• Proven experience with lean principles and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with digital tools like DMS and diagnostic software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Manage team performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee service workflows and technician development, ensuring accountability.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs like productivity and shop efficiency to drive improvements.
