Job summary

Lucid Motors in Coldwater, MI is seeking a Service Assistant to support the Service team with day-to-day operations, customer experience, vehicle movement, and shop support. You will coordinate vehicle logistics, arrange internal Lyft rides, assist with pre-delivery inspections, and help with parts delivery and vehicle washing.

A full-time schedule, including weekends, is expected. Safety, organization, and post-hire forklift and CPR training are required; growth opportunities exist within the

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work full-time including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions; youth drivers may have additional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics including pickups, drops, loaner transfers and charging.
• Arrange internal Lyft rides for vehicle moves and support transportation coordination.
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection preparation and vehicle handover processes.
• Provide technician and shop support for basic repairs and help service operations run smoothly.
• Move and stage vehicles, deliver parts, wash vehicles, and perform related tasks.
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace and complete required post-hire training (forklift, CPR).
