Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day service operations. You’ll support both internal and external clients, coordinate vehicle drives, and assist with basic shop tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, organization, and multitasking. Responsibilities include arranging rides, assisting with PDI, and supporting the service team with vehicle handovers and deliveries.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification after hire
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; minors must meet age/experience requirements

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, internal and external
• Vehicle drives including dropping off or picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, trips to the Bodyshop, charging station tests
• Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves on request
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over; assist with check-in when needed
• Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop
• Other duties including moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and supporting the service department
