Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service-team workflows at our Georgia/United States locations. You will handle vehicle drop-offs, loaners, and related tasks, contributing to a world-class client experience.

Candidates must be 18+, have basic automotive knowledge, and be willing to obtain forklift and CPR certifications post hire. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Basic automotive knowledge is required.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification after hire.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Full-time schedule, including weekends or extended hours.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training after hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and complete Lucid Training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, both internal and external
• Vehicle drives include dropping off or picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, runs to the Bodyshop, test charging at EA (Electrify America) charge stations, among others.
• Arranging Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over. When needed, help with check in process
• Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop
• Other duties as assigned including but not limited to moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and assisting the service department as needed
