Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for owners throughout their service experience. You will translate vehicle needs into clear, confident communication and coordinate with the service production team to ensure seamless visits.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and brand-focused hospitality, with opportunities across levels from entry to senior advisor. A strong customer-service background is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Available for a 40-hour work week, including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with laptops and modern software suites (Windows, Google Workspace, Mac, CRM systems).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners from appointment to vehicle handover.
• Listen and document owner concerns, set expectations for the visit.
• Translate technical info from technicians into clear owner explanations.
• Proactively communicate updates on vehicle status.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service activities.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices clearly.
