Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor in California to be the trusted guide for owners through the service journey. You will handle appointments, communicate status updates, and translate technical details into clear explanations for customers.

You will coordinate with service teams, prepare estimates, and ensure every owner leaves confident in the work performed and aligned with Rivian’s brand standards. This is an on-site, full-time role with opportunities across seniority levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Able to work a 40-hour week including weekends/holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Rivian owners during the service experience.
• Translate vehicle issues from technicians into clear, customer-friendly explanations.
• Prepare estimates and invoices with accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to ensure smooth service visits.
• Uphold Rivian hospitality and service standards on-site.
