Lucid Motors in McLean, VA is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Tysons Galleria location on 2nd shift. You will support the service manager, oversee advisors, technicians, and service staff, and drive customer experience and process improvements.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, scheduling, and ensuring repairs are completed on time while maintaining Lucid's standards and safety policies. This is a growth-focused supervisory position.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive service operations and KPI tracking such as CSI, repair turnaround, and<P> days down.
Strong learning agility and willingness to advance into management.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a service team including advisors, technicians and staff.
Proven collaboration skills and customer-service excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the service team and day-to-day service business.
Evaluate and provide feedback on employee performance to drive results.
Involvement in selecting, training and developing service staff.
Oversee training, attendance in meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure highest level of Lucid customer experience and maintain professional relationships with clients/vendors.
Manage timecards and scheduling for service center staff.
Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Delegate service tasks and ensure on-time vehicle repair and returns.
Develop understanding of industry standards, regulations, and department compliance.
Perform quality checks on completed repairs.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
