Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician for the 2nd shift at Tysons Galleria, McLean, VA. You will diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid vehicles, focusing on EV/HEV systems and HV/LV safety. ASE certifications and CPR training post hire are encouraged and reimbursed by Lucid.

The role requires 2–5 years as an automotive service technician, EPA 609 certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will document repairs, collaborate with the service team and assist mobile service as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• Willingness to complete Lucid training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid Motors vehicles.
• Document repair orders accurately and completely.
• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical diagnosis.
• Communicate effectively with service team and customers.
• Support mobile service team and remote work as needed.
