Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years varied automotive service experience with KPI accountability (CSI, Repair Time).
• Experience managing a team of technicians including development and training.
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and drive customer service excellence.

• Evaluate and provide feedback to drive results.
