Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Assistant to join our growing team in Arizona. You will support daily operations, assist with vehicle hand-overs, test charging, and coordinate rides for internal vehicle movements. A background in automotive basics and a safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Basic automotive knowledge.
Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

Provide a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, internal and external.
Drive vehicles for dropping off or picking up customers and loaners, including trips to the Bodyshop or EA charge stations.
Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves as requested.
Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over; help with check-in when needed.
Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop.
Perform additional duties such as moving/staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and supporting the service department as required.
