Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Service Assistant to support day-to-day operations on-site. The role involves delivering a world-class customer experience, handling vehicle drives, arranging Lyft rides, and supporting pre-delivery inspections and basic repairs.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a growing automotive service team. The position requires 18+ years of age, basic automotive knowledge, and a commitment to safety, with forklift certification and CPR training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, both internal and external.
• Vehicle drives include dropping off or picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, runs to the Bodyshop, test charging at EA charge stations, among others.
• Arranging Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request.
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over; assist with check-in process when needed.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop.
• Other duties as assigned including moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and assisting the service department as needed.
