Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Full-time schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with laptops and common software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owners from appointment to handover.
• Listen to concerns and document them in the repair order.
• Translate technician info into clear owner explanations.
• Proactively update owners on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production for service needs.
• Explain estimates and invoices clearly.
• Maintain records of communications and repairs.
• Uphold Rivian hospitality and service standards.
