Ever is building the future of auto retail with an AI-native platform focused on a transparent, online-first EV buying experience. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the San Diego market, owning execution across the full customer funnel and driving metrics from lead to delivery.

You will oversee deal volume, margin, and process health, collaborating with Finance and Operations to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Strong CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Own retail deal volume targets for the San Diego market, ensuring closing ratios and margins.
• Drive a consistent sales process from lead to delivery and monitor funnel health.
• Coach consultants on unit economics, objection handling, and deal structure.
