Job summary

Ever is building the future of auto retail with an AI-native platform. The Sales Manager will lead a high-volume sales team in San Diego, owning execution across the full customer journey from lead to delivery, with no hidden fees and a streamlined online-first buying experience.

You will partner with Finance and Ops, coach consultants, and ensure fast response times, strong margins, and exceptional customer experience, while developing the team's skills through regular reviews and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Management.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Strong CRM experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Data-driven and performance-focused mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Own San Diego retail deal volume targets and maintain margins.
• Drive a consistent lead-to-delivery process; monitor pipeline health and conversion.
• Coach EV Sales Consultants on unit economics and closing techniques.
• Identify funnel gaps and address blockers with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain deep knowledge of EV fundamentals and Ever inventory & financing products.
