Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager in the Chicago metro area to lead a high-impact team and own the full customer journey from engagement to vehicle delivery. You will oversee sales execution, logistics, and last-mile delivery at your location, driving performance and ensuring alignment with Rivian’s brand values.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a customer-first approach, with travel up to 75% and collaboration across functions to execute

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience with 2+ years in field leadership/multi-unit management
• Strong understanding of the EV industry, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 75%
• Experience with P&L, POS and CRM software; ability to manage budgets and performance

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across your region
• Drive sales performance and execute initiatives to meet revenue targets
• Own KPI tracking and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Oversee vehicle delivery process including prep, paperwork, logistics and handoff
• Collaborate with services and operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Optimize staffing models and schedules to maximize efficiency
• Plan activations and events to drive brand awareness and leads
• Manage operations to align with the financial plan and compliance requirements
