Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with P&L, POS and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and delivery operations across your location.
• Drive revenue targets and market share growth.
• Manage KPIs and align team performance with company objectives.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process, paperwork, and logistics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to activate local campaigns and events.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Rivian policies.
• Optimize staffing to maximize efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and brand representation.
• Manage budget and payroll within the location's financial plan.
• Support leadership with ad hoc projects as needed.
