Qualifications

• Preferred 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales cycles.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience at Rivian locations.
• Qualify customers and tailor experiences to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to guide customer decisions.
