Job summary

Ever, a venture-backed EV platform, seeks a Sales Manager, Pipeline & Performance in Costa Mesa, CA to lead a high-volume sales team onsite. You will own pipeline execution from lead to sale, ensure timely progression, and coach reps using live data in a fast-paced, accountable environment.

The role reports to Sales, requires strong CRM skills and 3+ years in sales leadership, with a base + commission structure and growth opportunities as the company scales nationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales management
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline
• Strong CRM experience
• Highly organized with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management across multiple deals and stages
• Oversee active customers and ensure progress of each deal
• Drive lead to reservation to sale conversion
• Coach reps using live pipeline data
• Maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to move deals forward
