Plug Concierge role based in Sawtelle, CA, onsite. You turn a valuation into a closed deal by following up after a cash offer and guiding sellers through the process until they accept, decline, or are re-engaged.

We value persistence, coachability, and the ability to hit clear targets; experience in automotive or EVs is a plus, but the core skill is converting warm leads into committed sellers through great conversations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in outbound sales or call center.
• Ability to handle high call volumes daily while maintaining quality.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Proficiency with basic business software tools (CRM, spreadsheets) and data.

Responsibilities

• Call customers who received a Plug cash offer to confirm receipt and guide to acceptance.
• Own high-volume outbound follow-up on every offer.
• Track calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Buyers to relay customer feedback that affects offers.
• Hit daily/weekly call volume and offer-acceptance targets.
• Provide excellent customer experience reflecting Plug's brand.
