Job summary

Ever, a San Francisco-based direct-to-consumer EV dealership, seeks a CX Resource Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact across phone, SMS, email, and chat, triaging inquiries, routing to the right team, and ensuring fast, accurate handoffs.

You will educate customers on Ever’s EV buying and selling process, maintain clean CRM context, and escalate issues when needed. The role involves evening/weekend shifts and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years in BDC, inside sales, customer support, or high-volume lead management.
• Strong phone presence and professional, consultative communication.
• Comfort working fast-paced inbound and outbound queues across multiple channels.
• Track record of hitting activity, response, and quality targets.
• Coachable, high-energy, and resilient with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for inbound customer communication across phone, SMS, email, and chat.
• Qualify customer needs, timeline, and situation; scrub spam; answer process and pricing questions.
• Route each customer to the correct destination team the first time.
• Execute scripted live introduction and CRM context pass for clean handoffs.
• Guide customers through Ever's EV buying/selling process and set expectations.
• Re-engage cold and dormant contacts through structured follow-up cadences.
