Job summary

Plug Technologies Inc is seeking a Plug Concierge in Sawtelle, CA for a full-time hourly role. You will be the voice turning a valuation into a closed deal, doing outbound follow-ups, answering questions, and guiding sellers toward acceptance.

You’ll work closely with Buyers, handle objections, maintain a high-volume cadence, and track outcomes in the CRM to ensure a seamless customer experience that reflects the Plug brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outbound sales or call-based conversion.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with positive attitude.
• Strong verbal skills and quick rapport-building.
• Comfort with objections and persistent follow-up.
• Proficiency with basic business software and data.

Responsibilities

• Call customers who received a Plug cash offer to confirm receipt and guide to acceptance.
• Own timely, high-volume outbound follow-up on every offer.
• Track calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Buyers to relay customer feedback and improve offers.
• Meet daily/weekly call volume and offer-acceptance targets.
• Provide excellent customer experience reflecting Plug’s brand.
