Job summary

Plug Concierge at Plug is the voice that turns a cash offer into a closed sale. You’ll call sellers, answer questions, overcome objections, and move them toward acceptance or re-engagement, partnering with the Buyer team to maintain momentum from offer to close in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This onsite role in Sawtelle offers hourly wages with an annualized OTE, and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, a 401(k), daily lunch stipend, equity, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in outbound sales or similar roles.
• Ability to handle high call volumes daily with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills over the phone.
• Proficiency with basic business software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Call customers who have received a Plug cash offer to confirm receipt, answer questions, and guide them toward accepting.
• Own timely, high-volume outbound follow-up on every offer extended by the Buyer team, following a structured cadence.
• Handle objections around price, timing, and process, and know when to loop in a Buyer for re-negotiation.
• Track every call, outcome, and next step accurately in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Partner closely with Buyers to relay customer feedback that affects offer competitiveness and conversion.
• Hit daily and weekly call volume, contact rate, and offer-acceptance targets.
• Provide an excellent customer experience that reflects Plug’s brand at every touchpoint
