Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles at client sites. You will travel to customer locations, leveraging HV/LV and EV system knowledge while documenting work and coordinating with internal teams.

ASE/EV certifications preferred, valid driver's license required, and insurance for travel as needed. This role offers field autonomy with support from a service location.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive service technician experience.
• Experience working in mobile/field service preferred.
• Knowledge of High/Low Voltage EV systems and powertrains.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mobile service technician visiting client locations to diagnose and repair Lucid Motors vehicles.
• Document all vehicle interactions and service details using the designated software.
• Manage parts, invoices, and inventory related to field service.
• Travel within assigned territory to service locations and provide timely customer updates.
