Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician in Hayward, California. This role involves traveling to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will function as a Service Advisor and manage customer interactions while using software to document vehicle concerns and repairs.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of automotive experience, solid knowledge of HV/LV electric vehicle systems, and excellent communication skills. The position offers competitive pay from $39 to $54 per hour along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions.

Responsibilities

• Perform parts department duties including ordering and inventory management.
• Work directly with clients to provide excellent customer experience.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions correctly.

Skills

Knowledge of High Voltage systems
