Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to travel to client locations and service Lucid vehicles in the field. You will diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles, document interactions, and support service centers as needed in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires HV/LV knowledge, EV powertrain familiarity, and strong customer service. ASE certifications and EPA 609 certification within 6–8 months are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required and CPR training is provided

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Self-sufficient, highly organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrain.
• Customer facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification required within hire window.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to perform field service repairs.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid Motors vehicles in the field.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions in the software.
• Perform walk-around and write-up to assess primary concerns.
• Assist with scheduling and updating customers on repair status.
