Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid vehicles at client locations. You will work with a service van and tools provided by Lucid, traveling within an assigned territory and collaborating with the nearest service location.

The role requires ASE certifications within 6–8 months of hire (Lucid reimbursement) and a valid driver’s license. The position emphasizes safe, high‑quality EV repairs and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
Self-sufficient, highly organized and able to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrain.
Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Function as a Service Advisor and handle parts duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
Interact with clients to deliver high level customer experience.
Document all vehicle interactions in the software suite.
Travel to client locations for mobile service repairs and perform diagnoses and repairs as needed.
Provide support at service center as required.
Travel within assigned territory and to other service locations.
