Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive service experience including EV/HEV diagnosis.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-facing.
• EPA 609 Certification; valid driver's license.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and diagnose electrical/mechanical faults.
• Maintain HV/LV knowledge and general EV system understanding.
• Document repair orders accurately; use The Three C's framework.
• Use software to document all customer vehicle interactions.
• Collaborate with service team and communicate with customers.
• Demonstrate and teach learned skills to others.
• Support remote work and mobile service when needed.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
