Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid vehicles at client locations. The job requires travel within the territory, independent work and teamwork, and accurate documentation of service interactions using our DMS software.

ASE certifications and EV knowledge are preferred; EPA 609 certification should be obtained within 6–8 months, with Lucid reimbursing related costs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive service technician experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with high voltage and EV systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as service advisor and manage parts ordering and inventory
• Interact with clients to deliver high levels of customer experience
• Document vehicle interactions using the company DMS software
• Maintain knowledge of HV/LV and EV systems
• Perform vehicle walk-around and accurate diagnosis
• Invoice and collect payment
• Support service center as needed
