Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles at client sites across assigned territories. The role includes travel with a provided service van and tools, performing walk-arounds, documenting diagnostics, and coordinating with service centers.

ASE and EPA 609 credentials are preferred. The position requires 2–5 years of automotive service experience, strong independent work capability, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Self-sufficient, highly organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrain.
• Customer facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification required.
• Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; under-21 may have special conditions.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
• Work directly with clients to provide a high level of customer experience.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions in the software suite.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
• Perform walk-around and write-up to assess client needs accurately.
• Document client concerns for diagnosis and repair.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures.
• Invoice and collect payment.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and update customers on repair status.
• Plan travel time and visit duration for mobile services.
• Provide support at Service Center as needed.
