Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking an energetic Sales Advisor IV in Scottsdale to drive a personalized car-buying experience. You will manage the full customer relationship from lead qualification to close across multiple channels, including in-person, drives, phone, text, and email.

A customer-first mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential. In this role you will exceed sales targets, build a strong pipeline, participate in retail activations, and ensure best-in-class

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields
• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales cycles in commission-based environments
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments and CRM usage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
• Legal ability to operate vehicle and obtain local licenses if required

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and related KPIs
• Provide best-in-class customer experience at Rivian locations
• Qualify customers and tailor experiences to drive conversion
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services
• Build a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch, responsive service
• Support customers through order confirmations and follow-ups to drive sales
• Host retail activations and events to generate demand and engage the Rivian community
• Capture customer feedback to drive improvements and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on automotive trends and Rivian positioning to address objections
• Share best practices with teammates to foster learning and success
• Perform opening/closing duties, daily recaps, and team huddles
• Assist and motivate teammates with clear direction and feedback
• Resolve escalations promptly and communicate issues to leadership
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership on trends and opportunities
