Job summary

Cox Automotive in Colorado is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist I to monitor charging levels across a large fleet of EVs and to manage charger schedules and SOC thresholds. You will coordinate vehicle movement at charging stations and support EV readiness for multiple departments.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to enter/exit vehicles, stand, walk, bend, and lift light loads throughout day shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to repeatedly enter/exit vehicles and endure long periods seated or standing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor charging levels across 1,659 EVs.
• Manage charger schedules and prioritization.
• Track vehicles approaching SOC thresholds.
• Coordinate vehicle movement on and off charging stations.
• Support operational departments with EV readiness needs.
• Report charging trends and utilization metrics.
