Job summary

Cox Automotive Canada in Riverside, CA is seeking an EV Administrator to support the daily operations of our EV fleet and charging infrastructure. You will coordinate dispatches, maintain records, monitor chargers, and communicate issues to management.

The role requires strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to work with AS400; TRA/Inop fleet experience is a plus. On-site hourly pay ranges from 18.17 to 27.21 USD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with TRA/Inop inventory, fleet operations, or vehicle dispatch is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch pending mechanical work and related tasks to team members.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch execution lists and input information into AS400.
• Check out keys to buyers/transporters and maintain key inventory/log.
• Monitor emails and Teams chats to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify and report vehicles or operational issues to management.
• Track PUSH metric goals and daily performance targets.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure consistent data entry.
• Communicate vehicle availability, dispatches, and concerns to team and management.
• Assist with recurring issues and escalate problems impacting production.
• Perform other TRA/Inop lot admin/operational duties.
