Cox Enterprises is seeking an EV Administrator to support the daily operations of the EV fleet and charging infrastructure. You will coordinate vehicle dispatches, maintain accurate records, monitor EV chargers, and track performance metrics while communicating operational issues to management.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, experience with AS400 or similar systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience, or 5 years in related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient data entry and basic computer skills; AS400 experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors as required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate dispatches and assign work to team members.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch execution lists and input into AS400.
• Maintain key inventory/log and assist with vehicle checks.
• Monitor emails and Teams chats to ensure timely completion of requests.
• Identify and report operational issues to management in a timely manner.
