Job summary

Rivian is looking for a Field Service Technician to support vehicle repairs in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role involves hands-on work diagnosing and fixing Rivian vehicles both at service centers and customers' locations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong technical skills, and be eager to learn. This position offers a competitive salary range of $25.88 - $52.47/hr and a variety of benefits, including paid vacation and 401(k) participation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in an automotive shop is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis and repairs at service centers or customer locations.
• Conduct road tests to ensure the quality of repairs.
• Manage parts operations including ordering and inventory.
