Rivian Automotive is seeking an entry- to mid-level Technician to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations. You will work under senior technicians and leadership, delivering exceptional customer experience while growing technical acumen.

Based at a local service center with potential remote work or mobile travel, this role emphasizes communication, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency credential preferred.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record (no suspensions or revocations in past 3–5 years).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Learn product line, EV framework, and tools under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures and maintain safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations, orders, inventory, and expenses.
• Document detailed technical notes for repairs.
• Interact professionally with customers and partners.
• Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns.
• Engage in required training and grow technical skills.
