Job summary

Rivian is seeking an aspiring Service Technician to support EV repairs and inspections. You will work under senior technicians, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment at the service center, mobile routes, or on-site locations.

Travel and remote support may be required as business needs evolve. You will learn the EV framework, diagnostic workflows, and tools while delivering high-quality customer experiences, with mentorship and growth opportunities in a dynamic outdoor-adventure

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.
0-3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent graduates.
Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks, or experience in fast-paced start-up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections across service center, mobile route, or remote locations.
Learn product line, EV framework, tools and accessories under mentor supervision; follow procedures safely.
Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety; assist with parts operations and work orders.
