Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Fluent English, ability to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections in the field or at a service center.
• Identify Rivian product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures using available technical resources to maintain quality and safety.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and service campaigns.
• Manage parts operations including ordering, receiving, and inventory.
