Job summary

Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow their technical acumen while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Based primarily at a local service center, the role may involve remote work, mobile service, or plant support as business needs evolve. You will work under senior technicians and leadership to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship of senior technicians.
• Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
• Interact with customers professionally at service facilities or outreach events.
• Identify process improvements and participate in training and service campaigns.
