Job summary

Rivian is seeking emerging to mid-level Technicians to grow technical acumen while delivering outstanding customer experience. You will work under mentors to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service while based at a local service center, with possible remote work or travel as needed.

You will collaborate with senior technicians, learn the EV framework, and follow procedures for safety and quality. A strong communicator with eagerness to learn will thrive in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent graduates.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or experience in fast-paced start-up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship from senior technicians.
• Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety; assist with parts operations and work orders.
