Job summary

Highland Electric Fleets seeks a detail‑oriented field coordinator to represent the company at customer locations across the US. You will support the go‑live process for new EV charging sites, coordinating on‑site activities and flagging risks to the Commissioning Engineer.

You will also conduct new vehicle inspections, verify readiness, and document findings prior to site activation. Ideal candidates have strong documentation habits, computer proficiency, and are willing to develop project

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with computers and standard software required.
• Automotive Technology certification preferred but not required; willingness to develop project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at customer locations with the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Support the go-live process for new EV charging sites, including coordinating on-site activities and flagging risks or delays to the Commissioning Engineer.
• Conduct new vehicle inspections, verifying vehicle readiness and documenting findings prior to site activation.
