Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs. The role may involve remote work or travel to various locations, including the production plant, to provide vehicle support as needed.

This level-agnostic posting recruits technicians across seniority levels; candidates will be assessed against a broad skill spectrum and assigned accordingly. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive shop experience preferred.
• EV or hybrid repair experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect Rivian vehicles in service centers or at customer locations.
• Identify Rivian products, EV framework, tools and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and manage parts operations.
