Job summary

Rivian Automotive in Southern California is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs in a dynamic environment. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles at service centers or on-site, traveling to various locations as needed to provide expert support.

This role requires teamwork, strong communication with customers, and a commitment to safety while working with high- and low-voltage systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers or on-site at customer locations.
• Identify Rivian product lines, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures using available technical resources; maintain safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory.
