Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with laptops in Windows or Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Identify and explain the Rivian product line.
• Conduct road tests to ensure quality of repairs.
• Support service campaigns and initiatives.
• Document all work and technical notes.
