Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs in a dynamic, field-based role. You may work at service centers, customer locations, or production sites, traveling as needed to provide vehicle support.

You will diagnose, repair and install, document work, and collaborate with teams while prioritizing safety and quality. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; EV experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; 3–5 year window without suspensions.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Identify Rivian product lines, EV framework, tools and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts operations including ordering and inventory.
• Document all work and notes accurately for internal/external use.
