Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; hands-on vehicle tech experience valued.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to work with laptops in Windows/Mac environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect Rivian vehicles in service centers or in the field.
• Identify Rivian products, EV framework, tools and accessories; follow repair procedures.
• Document work and maintain records; communicate professionally with customers.
